At Fertile Hope Yoga, this week holds deep meaning for all of us.
National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW), founded by RESOLVE, is a time to raise awareness, share stories, and stand with the millions of people who are quietly navigating one of the hardest journeys there is. This year’s theme, #ALLinFertility, reminds us that infertility affects all kinds of people—from every background, identity, and life path—and that everyone deserves support, access to care, and compassion.

Why This Week Matters to Us
We see firsthand how exhausting, isolating, and emotional fertility challenges can be. And we also see how powerful it is when someone feels seen, heard, and supported.
While infertility is often spoken about in medical terms, we know it’s so much more than that. It’s the grief of another negative test. The anxiety before a transfer. The invisible pain of waiting, hoping, and not knowing. That’s why weeks like this are so important—they shine a light on the emotional side of fertility that often gets overlooked.
How Fertile Hope Can Help
Our mission is to help you feel less alone—and more resilient—during fertility treatment and everything that comes with it. Here’s how we support you:
- IVF-Specific Yoga + Movement: Gentle, cycle-aware movement practices that support your body and nervous system, no matter where you are in your cycle.
- Guided Hypnosis + Meditation: Science-backed tools to reduce anxiety, manage stress, and support emotional balance—many members even use them during acupuncture or procedures.
- Community Support: You’re not meant to do this alone. Our private community and group coaching sessions offer a safe space to share, ask questions, and connect.
- Accessible and Flexible: No waitlists, no pressure, and starting at just $27/month—support when you need it, in the way that works for you.
How You Can Get Involved
Even small actions can make a big impact:
- Wear orange on April 23 to show your support.
- Start a conversation to break the silence.
- Share your story—if you feel ready—to help others feel less alone.
- Or simply take extra care of your heart this week. That counts too.
Whether you’re in the middle of IVF, thinking about your options, or supporting someone you love, please know that we’re here for you—not just this week, but every week.
